Wellness and Fitness Specialist


Summary: The Wellness and Fitness Specialist will serve as a coordinator and educator of wellness and fitness initiatives available to our Team Members. The Wellness and Fitness Specialist is responsible for the creation, implementation and evaluation of the action plan for wellness initiatives, and for keeping wellness in front of our Team Members continuously.

General Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Develop, administer and oversee worksite wellness program
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of Team Members engaged in all operations of worksite fitness center, including health and fitness assessments, fitness programming, and motivational contests
  • Conduct the measurement and evaluation of the program components
  • Plan and develop program activities aimed at improving Team Member health and well-being, including physical fitness, weight reduction, stress management, smoking cessation, early detection, and related programs
  • Complete biometric screening consultations with Team Members
  • Frequent counseling and advising Team Members regarding wellness programs and activities
  • Assist Team Members in forming realistic goals and action plans related to overall health and resulting in behavior change
Qualifications:
  • Develop, administer and oversee worksite wellness program
  • CPR/AED certification required
  • Previous Personal Training experience; Certification preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with solid writing abilities and excellent demonstrated people skills
  • High degree of self-initiation, organizational skills and problem solving
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in leading a comprehensive wellness effort in a corporate setting with emphasis in program development, motivational techniques, group class instruction, risk management programming and fitness center programming
  • Ability to consult with employees at all levels

 Service Valet

Summary:   The Service Valet is responsible for moving service guest vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility, to increase guest convenience, and to maintain an orderly service parking area. Service Valets will interact with both guests and team members to ensure excellent customer service is achieved.

General Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to visitors and team members in a timely fashion
  • Installs and removes disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and ID tags in all the vehicles brought in for service
  • Maintains the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
  • Assists in moving disabled vehicles in or around the service department
  • Delivers and picks up guests, as needed
  • Retrieves customer vehicles from the parking lot

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of six (6) months customer service experience, desired
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate in a friendly professional manner
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Bilingual a plus

Bookkeeper/Accounts Payable

Summary: The Bookkeeper/Accounts Payable is responsible for maintaining the dealerships financial transaction records and ensuring all vendors’ invoices are paid accurately and in a timely manner.

General Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Posts and records transactions as needed into the ADP system
  • Checks all invoices/vouchers for accuracy and obtains appropriate payment approval
  • Checks figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes
  • Posts all open items in accounts payable and prepares checks on a daily basis
  • Reconciles statement and the ledger making sure that payments are consistent with dealership schedules
  • Maintains all account payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable files

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, desired
  • A minimum of one (1) year bookkeeping experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience in accounts payables
  • Knowledge of basic mathematical concepts (such as add, subtract, divide, multiply, and percentages) and accounting principles
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency required
  • Working knowledge of ADP Drive
  • Ability to compile, code, categorize, calculate, tabulate, audit, or verify information or data
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
Sandwich Artist

Summary:   The Sandwich Artist is responsible for assisting guests with food orders and with the preparation of sandwiches.

General Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Prepares sandwiches according to guests’ orders or supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures
  • Completes cold & hot food preparation assignments neatly, accurately, and in a timely fashion
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front-of-the-house including all tables, floors, windows, and beverage station
  • Washes, peels and/or cuts various foods to prepare for cooking or serving
  • Collects the total food charges from the guest in cash, check, or authorized charge account
  • Reconciles cash drawer daily

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of six (6) months customer service experience, food handling experience preferred
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
