We value you time and understand that your busy schedule may not always allow you to bring your Lexus in for maintenance. To make the servicing of your vehicle more convenient, we offer Mobile Service and Complimentary Flatbed Service.

There is no additional fee to our Mobile Service beyond the price of the actual service being performed.

  • For your convenience, Mobile Service appointments can be scheduled for up to 6 months in advance. Flatbed appointments are scheduled on a reservation basis only. Mobile & Flatbed Services require advance scheduling and typically have a 1-3 week reservation lead time.
     
  • Mobile service is limited to locations within a 60-mile radius from Longo.
     
  • Vehicles cannot be serviced on the street, in parking structures, or at public locations (ex. parks, markets, schools).
     
  • In order to service the vehicles properly and efficiently, a level side by side parking space (ex. two car garage), is required. No hillsides, slopes, or parking structures.
     
  • Flatbed Service is a 100% complimentary service offered to guests who have purchased their vehicle from Longo Lexus. The same scheduling and distance guidelines apply as with our Mobile Service.
     
  • Please be advised the Mobile Service Department is set up for scheduled maintenance services, not roadside assistance. Certain mechanical concerns need to be driven into the dealership where a diagnostic technician can go on a test drive with our guests and address the concern, as quickly as possible. Here are some examples of concerns we do not pick vehicles up for: rattles, squeaks or vibrations, any type of body or collision repair.
     
  • Our Mobile Service is exclusively for vehicles that have been purchased from Longo Lexus.
