Truly Outstanding Experience!!! We have purchased several cars from Longo Lexus . . . so our expectations were high . . . and Edison Babayova and Longo Lexus exceeded them!

My son and I decided to test drive the GS 350 one afternoon. We had already test drove Audis, BMW's and Porsches with decent experiences. Upon arriving at Longo without an appointment, Edison Babayova promptly introduced himself and offered his services. I advised him we were looking at GS's and other car makes, and would decide which car to purchase soon. I needed to replace a BMW 535i. He spent a couple hours with us answering our questions, explaining the GS models and options and taking us on a comprehensive test drive, knowing a sale would probably not happen. Edison was pleasant, patient and professional. After extensive research on repair histories, performance and pricing, I decided to purchase a GS 350 over the other makes. The GS 350 is a fantastic car.

Since we purchase a lot of vehicles, I usually deal with fleet sales and prefer not to haggle. Because of our history with Longo, and the positive and respectful experience with Edison, I decided to give him the sales opportunity rather than go to fleet sales. To my delight, the sale was smooth, simple and efficient, rivaling my best fleet sales experiences. It was a truly outstanding experience!!! Edison completely exceeded my expectations and earned our future business.

I had an extremely positive experience with the Longo Lexus service department. Being a first time Lexus owner and having Toyotas, Hondas and Infinitis in the past, I feel the people at Longo Lexus went above and beyond to make my experience an excellent one.

I brought in my 2013 GS 350 for the 5K service as well as a couple other issues (trunk recall and unusual cabin noise). Right away I was brought in to talk to Robert McConnell. Robert was very professional and patient while listening to all my issues. He explained to me the process and assured me I could get a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't have to wait for my car. I was extremely pleased with his customer first attitude and the loaner car made the entire process hassle free. Very happy with the easy in and out (but not feeling rushed).

However, what made my good experience a GREAT experience was the level of detail Longo was willing to go to address my needs. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was introduced to the technician who worked on my car, Alan Liu. Alan explained to me the probable sources of my problems and also what he repaired for me. Since he was not able to replicate the sounds I originally reported, he offered to do a driver test session with me to identify the issue. I was so impressed that he would take this time to make sure I leave a happy customer. In addition, Alan answered ALL of my questions about the car and was very patient and knowledgeable about everything I brought up. He never seemed flustered and was very positive throughout even though my questions probably seemed endless. Needless to say, his service exceeded my expectations and then some. Alan made sure I understood everything before leaving and I am grateful for his time and dedication. It is really the above and beyond service that will make me a loyal Lexus customer for years to come.

Although I live in Orange County with many other Lexus dealerships closer to my home, I will definitely be coming back to Longo for all my future service needs. This was my first service experience but I expect all service techs and advisers to be just as accommodating and knowledgeable as Mr. Liu and Mr. McConnell. Great job Longo Lexus!

PS, the loaner car guy (I think his name is Jose) was also very friendly and I was happy with the loaner car! Thanks!

I've been coming back to this dealership for both regular maintenance AND lease.

Professional staffs overall and great services.I would like to praise Elise Fong and David Truong in both Finance Dept and Internet Sales Dept. Great professionalism and doesn't waste my time. I've known Elise since 2007 and have been back to the dealership since then to get my next Lexus. However, she was promoted to other department and no longer deal with leasing. But no worries, David Truong fills that void quite well. I will definitely come back again for my next lease (provided that the dealership has the car available). My personal experience regarding leasing time at the dealerhip is always less than 1.5 hours: from negitiating to driving off my car. I want to beat this timing tho =) No questions about my regular maintenance/service, I will always bring my Lexus back to their Service Department.

I just purchased a GS350 from Longo Lexus. The experience was extremely positive for two reasons: they have an awesome selection of cars. I live about 50 miles away, so they are pretty far away from me but my local dealer wasn't even able to show me a new model sedan. More important, Longo seems very focused on the customer and providing a really good experience. The sales person I dealt with - Felix Giles - exemplified this. I started shopping in December 2012. Felix showed me several models (GS and LS), explained the features and took me for a drive. It was a pleasant experience - good information and no pressure. I postponed any decision for a few months and Felix called a few times just to make sure I didn't need anything else - again, absolutely no pressure. A few weeks ago I brought my wife in and he took us for more test rides and answered the few additional questions we had. I finally decided on the model, colors and options. I went back in two days ago and got the exact car I wanted (model, colors, packages, etc). The price negotiation was quick, easy and straight forward and I believe I got a very good price. One more little thing. I wanted to trade in my existing 2002 Lexus and had gotten it appraised at CarMax. Their offer was better than Longo's so I told Felix I would have to come back the next day to get my new car since I had to take the old one to CarMax (near my home - remember, about 50 miles away). What a drag--not being able to drive home in my new car :-) Much to my surprise, Felix offered to drive my old car to CarMax and get a ride back to Longo. I got to take my new car home that day !!! Buying a car from Felix is like being helped by a close personal friend. He spends whatever time is necessary to help you get what you want and goes the extra mile to help you any way he can.

This Review is for the Lexus Service Department.

I'm going to have to admit that I was a bit dramatic when I found out my service advisor of 5 years was no longer here! I even looked at other service departments because after meeting with a few other advisors not one matched up to him. However, this quickly changed when I had to drive out of town & needed to service my car. I had meant to call the front desk & dialed the phone number that belonged to my previous advisor. I got a quick friendly response, this gentleman introduced himself & set a same day appointment and assured me he would take care of it. When I arrived for my appointment he was professional, friendly & patient! & most important to me he listened. GUS NAVARRO went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my service. He has provided such a great customer service experience that I forgot someone else existed before him! Ha-ha. Looks like I have found a new service advisor to bring coffee too! Next time you are due for service ask for GUS NAVARRO!!

I came into Lexus late to check out the 2013 ES hybrid and left with a 2013 GS350. The salesman Rony Parada was awesome, I would definitely recommend him. he came up to me ask if I needed help said I was just looking and left me alone which I wanted then saw that I wanted help cause I was looking around confused and helped me out, He was very friendly and was not pushy at all, he was very joking which made the time go by quick. If you want an enjoyable experience and to talk to someone that is straight up go see him. And Rony if you are reading thanks for putting up with me.

My mother, my wife, and I all have purchased our Lexus sedans from Victor Reyes of Longo Lexus. Victor is the man. He is straight forward, patient, and is understanding. I have recommended him to my other friends, two of whom have also purchased their Lexus vehicles from him.

Fantastic location! This LEXUS dealer is hands down the nicest I've ever been to! The guest service lounge is the largest and best creature comfort design I've ever seen. Lots of light and seating throughout. Fully stocked free light snack and drink area, Free Wi-Fi with no log in, Television, kids play center with a X-Box. Also offers upon request IPAD loaners and computer cubical stations.

READ MY REVIEW BEFORE YOU VISIT:
I'm not big on taking my car to the dealer. It's always priced allot higher than an independent mechanic. Since I have a new car I'm sort of obligated to bring it for at least the first 50 to 70 thousand miles. Here is a hand full of tips to get the most bang for your buck....

1. Arrive with a dirty car...! They will give you a complimentary car wash with your service
2. YELP check in...! You will receive a $5 Starbucks gift card. as of March, 2013
3. Make a morning appointment and don't eat breakfast...! The guest service lounge has free light snacks (donuts & danishes) fresh fruit, and a full selection of hot and cold drinks. Make sure to take a few drinks for the road.

My advisor "Jim" was great, and in the end they really give you a very detailed report of the service. Thanks Longo Lexes El Monte for a great service!

We just want to say 'thank you' to Felix Giles, in Lexus Sales.

He was wonderful; very helpful, patient and friendly. He found us a car that we love driving. We were only 'window' shopping for cars - he's that goood!

Felix took us out onto the surface streets - to test drive the RX 450h. His vast knowledge helped us in determining which car was the right fit for our family's needs and wants.

I bought a Lexus elsewhere one week ago and quickly scraped the bottom of my front bumper while parking this weekend. I was so bummed (I cried)! Found myself in the area of Longo Lexus today, which I knew had a collision center. I pulled in and was greeted by Matthew Derro, Guest Services Associate. I explained to him what happened and that I was not looking for body work as I am worried I will quickly scrape again. After taking a quick gander and listening to my whining that I don't want body work, he looked in my door at my paint code and advised me to walk over to parts and buy touch up paint and offered to paint it himself. Minutes later I have this kind man lying on the floor in dress pants and dress shirt, painting my damage away. LONGO LEXUS...... MATTHEW DERRO JUST GOT YOU A CLIENT FOR LIFE. I will not be returning to the dealership I purchased my car and will do all of my service and future car buying at your establishment. I have also been telling everyone! So, Matthew Derro - Thank you kind sir.... you made my day!

There are over 20 Lexus dealers in the Los Angeles area. There are 35 Lexus dealers in California. The competition is brutal and there is no reason to settle with just a good deal or average treatment or a car not equipped the way you want it.

I called Steve Johiro in the internet department at Longo. I told him what I was looking for and asked him what he could do for me. Within ten minutes on the phone, the deal was done. The following week I drove 60 miles to Longo Lexus and met with Steve and completed the paperwork for a special order GS 350. Steve stood behind everything he told me over the phone and put it on paper. No bait and switch.

Because Longo is the largest dealer on the West Coast they have a large inventory and more pull on special orders. From the day I signed the paperwork to the delivery of the car was 10 1/2 weeks (74 days). For me it was well worth it to get the exact car I wanted.

Make a phone call to Steve. He will not let you down and the drive is worth it.

This review is for the Service Department. First, the waiting room is decent with internet and televisions, plus free coffee, water, soda, cookies, etc. I have had multiple service advisors over the years and they have always been professional and courteous. The last one I had was Robert McConnell and he was fantastic. Plus they have the valet service where they will pick up your car from your home and drop off your loaner! I wouldn't choose any other Lexus dealership for service.

This review is for Ahmad Yamak in the Sales Department. We are repeat customers at this dealership and couldn't have chosen anyone other than Mr. Yamak to help us. Today we purchased a new ES and spent quite some time with Mr. Yamak. He is by far the best salesman we've ever experienced and just makes you feel so at ease. He is not aggressive at all and really is so professional and knowledgeable about each of the Lexus models and their features. Mr. Yamak will take his time in understanding your needs and really conveys that he is extremely caring about his customers. He is very personable and most importantly makes you feel like family. All of his wonderful qualities were the deciding factors in us choosing Longo Lexus again! If you want someone who will do everything he can to please his customers you must come and see Mr. Yamak! I have been to the Lexus service department twice this year and have seen David Parada there on both occasions. He is extremely helpful, courteous, and funny. He answered all of my questions and even remembered me upon my second visit. He treated me very well and with respect. I instantly felt comfortable in his presence.

I would recommend all of my friends and family to bring their cars to the Lexus service department. Additionally, I would definitely return again probably this week since my car is due for service.

What can I say about Longo Lexus. Well, simply put, this is the best Dealer for your new Lexus. The attention to detail, the easy way that they make this experience happen is truly remarkable. No pressure buying, no hassles, and if you are as informed about the buying process as I am, you know you are getting a great deal. I have checked with many dealers, and no one even comes close. My salesman Felix Giles is the classiest, most knowledgeable, easygoing, funniest, and the best deal maker, in my opinion, at Longo. He is an ex professional racer, with lots of connections in the celebrity world. He will make it happen for you. Give him a chance, and you won't regret it. Go ahead and go to other dealers, then come to Longo Lexus for the difference of a lifetime, and you will be heading home feeling good.

My review is strictly for the service department.

I've been bringing my family's vehicles here since 2004 and I have never thought about venturing elsewhere! I've worked with a good handful of services consultants there and all of them are courteous and efficient.

Their customer lounge area is huge and who doesn't love free cookies?  If you drive a Lexus, bring it here for service...it's worth the drive.

I loved my visit to Longo Lexus. I went in to get my key reprogrammed. A friend gave me his old key, and my current old key was acting up. It was not detecting it even after i changed the battery.

First I was met by Henry, what a nice guy. He was helpful and very kind. Then I walked into the most beautiful shop ever free coffee, water, and cookies .Holy cow the mechanics shop was so clean, and you can watch them work through beautiful glass windows. I had to take pictures to send to my fiancé. The guy who help me (unfortunately I can't remember his name because I was mesmerize by the place) was helpful and kind. He was upfront about the fees, and told me he was sorry it would take 2 hours. I didn't mind waiting as it was so pleasant there.  I watched the chew on a big screen TV, drank hot coffee, and had bottled water.

I went to the parts department and the guy spent time looking up a part I needed, and he showed me exactly what I needed. He was so nice too (is everyone nice there)?

In the end, my new key couldn't get programmed. My original one wasn't acting up anymore. So I walked out not paying a penny, my car was washed and they have a customer for life.

I just picked up a new CT. This was my first luxury car purchase and the experience was beyond my expectations. Everyone at Longo was friendly and knowledgeable. I called several Lexus dealers and I felt I was getting the run around. Longo had the car I wanted in stock and they still gave me a better price then what I was getting quoted. Love my CT!

I've been patronizing Longo Lexus since 2003 after visiting other dealerships and service centers, and found that Longo Lexus has the best prices as well as being close to my home. However, the best prices quickly fades if the service and quality of service is poor or even mediocre. I am very particular regarding who I am treated as a customer. Basic courtesy should be a given but unfortunately many businesses fail to understand nor demonstrate this basic tenet. Man Wong, in the years he has serviced my car and my needs, has consistently displayed this attitude which has engendered my loyalty to him and to Longo Lexus. I trust him with my car and seldom question the costs to repair or provide maintenance. He was not working on the day I brought my car in I would defer it until he returned. The word, alacrity best describes his attitude: a cheerful readiness, to service.

My wife and I are both pediatricians and we need reliable/excellent quality cars. With so many clinical worries, the last thing I need is a car worry. We recently moved from NY in 2009 and needed to get a car for my wife. Ahmad Yamak was the first salesman to approach us and his demeanor delivered excellent rapport. He removed the worry in our car purchase. We leased a 2010 RX 350 in July 2009. My old car's transmission (not a Lexus) went out and we went right to Ahmad. We bought a 2007 Lexus ES 350 CPO in Dec 2009. After sometime we wanted a pleasure car, and changed our RX350 to a 2012 IS 250c in Jan 2012. Finally, this year it was time to trade in my 2007 ES 350 and we purchased the 2013 RX350. Ahmad was very helpful during all four of our car purchases/leases and we will continue to recommend all of our friends and family to Ahmad at Longo Lexus. He is top notch!

My sales representative, Felix Giles, was wonderful. He made me feel like a welcomed friend, and he provided me with important information on the ES350. For whatever value it may have, my recent visit to Longo was once again an extremely positive one. I've been using Longo's maintenance services for the past 15 years involving my ES 300. The fact that I keep coming back and that my car as achieved 400,000 is a great testament to the great services that Longo provides. For the majority of these 15 years, I've dealt with Mr. Jim Palmer and he is the main reason I keep coming back. His knowledge, professionalism and genuine customer care is outstanding. Longo is indeed fortunate to have Mr. Palmer and others throughout the Longo system. Even though my visits to Longo cost me money, I don't mind given the friendly and professional service I receive. It's well worth it.
