- Complimentary flatbed pick-up & delivery of your vehicle. Only available for 15,000-mile service intervals and other certain services. Please schedule your appointment in advance. Only available for vehicles sold by Longo Lexus and only within a 60-mile travel radius from dealership.
- New Express Service: Oil change in 30 minutes or 5,000-mile service in one hour. Please add 1/2 hour for car wash. By appointment only.
- Loaner Vehicles - We offer complimentary ES350, RX350, RX400h, GS350 and IS250 loaner vehicles by appointment with our appointment coordinators at 1-800-597-0813.
- We offer a complimentary car wash with every service.
- Longo Lexus courtesy pickup and dropoff shuttle (within a 15-mile travel radius from dealership).
- Guest Lounge with complimentary cappuccinos, coffee, tea, bottled water and gourmet pastries.
- Kids Play Area with children's movies and games.
- Guest Business Center provides desktop computers, copier, fax machine and printer, as well as local phone access for our guests.
- Wireless internet access available throughout our facility.
- Starbucks Coffee and Subway sandwich restaurant located at our facility.
- AAA/Auto Club insurance office located at our facility.
- New Guest Appreciation Event Held monthly for our new guests, this event offers an opportunity to get better acquainted with your vehicle and our dealership's services and staff , all while enjoying a hosted dinner, raffle, free gifts, question-and-answer session and more.
