A New Brand of Luxury
In 1989, the Lexus franchise was launched in the USA. Longo Lexus was one of the first Lexus dealerships in the country to be established, and has consistently ranked as the #1 Lexus dealership with New Vehicle Sales in the Western United States.
In 1998, Longo Lexus broke ground on a major renovation and expansion project. The front of the building was upgraded, along with improvements to our underground showroom which showcases the largest inventory of Lexus vehicles in the Western United States.
In 2006, we advanced the improvements to our Service Department. The Service Department was expanded and remodeled to reflect the Lexus brand of luxury and to enhance overall guest experience. The main focal point of the Service Department is its floor-to-ceiling glass walls allowing our guests to watch as certified Lexus technicians work on their vehicles.
In 2017, Longo marked the first phase of a multi-year remodeling project by enhancing its Guest Service Lounge with modern furnishings, and overall better technology and guest amenities. The second phase resumes the fall of 2018 and through 2019, just in time for Longo's and Lexus' 30th anniversary.

In recognition of, and investment in its human capital, the company established Penske College, an in-house training and development center where its team members can learn meaningful skills to help them advance their careers.
To promote the overall well-being of its staff, Longo offers an on-site Fitness Center, a full-time Wellness Coach and a comprehensive Wellness Program to all its team members.
