COMPLIMENTARY FLATBED SERVICE AND MOBILE SERVICE

Longo Lexus values your time and understands that your busy schedule may not always allow you to bring your Lexus in for maintenance. For your convenience, we offer Complimentary flatbed service and mobile service.

There is no additional fee for our Mobile Service beyond the price of the actual service being performed. For appointments, please call 626-478-2373 or email serviceappointments@longolexus.com.

Complimentary Flatbed Service

We will pick up your vehicle, drop off a Lexus courtesy car, and redeliver your vehicle within a 60-mile radius at no charge to you.

• Flatbed Service is exclusively for vehicles purchased from Longo Lexus.
• Includes all Special Service campaigns, Factory Recalls, and Malfunction Indicator Warning Lights (Low Tire Warning Lamp excluded).
• Available for the complimentary 5K and 10K services for GX and LX models.
• Available for 10,000-Mile Service Intervals starting at 20,000 miles up until 60,000 miles. After 60,000 miles, all services are eligible.
• Terms and service are subject to change at the dealership's discretion.

Mobile Service

• By appointment only 1-2 weeks in advance.
• Vehicles cannot be serviced on the street, in parking structures, or at public locations (ex. parks, markets, schools).
• Mobile Service appointments can be scheduled for up to 6 months in advance.
• To service the vehicles properly and efficiently, a level side-by-side parking space (ex. two car garage), is required. No hillsides, slopes, or parking structures.
• Please note that the Mobile Service Department is set up for scheduled maintenance services, not roadside assistance. Certain mechanical concerns need to be driven into the dealership where a diagnostic technician can go on a test drive with our guests and address the concern as quickly as possible. Here are some examples of concerns we do not pick vehicles up for: rattles, squeaks or vibrations, any type of body or collision repair.
• Our Mobile Service is exclusively for vehicles purchased from Longo Lexus.
• Mobile Service is not available for LX and GX models, however, the Complimentary 5K and 10K Flatbed Service is available for your LX or GX.
