What better way to make new friends and enjoy the beautiful outdoors than a community bike ride? The 2022 community bike ride series, hosted by the city of South El Monte Community Services Department, invites participants above the age of 10 to take part in this active community event. Just bring a bike and a helmet, and join El Monte and South El Monte city council members in an 8-mile bike ride around the beautiful city. You can also stay after the ride is over to partake in light refreshments and socialize with your fellow bikers.

There are five upcoming bike rides scheduled for the spring and summer of 2022. They will take place on May 7, June 4, July 9, August 6, and September 10. You can meet up with fellow bikers at South El Monte Community Center, 1530 Central Avenue, South El Monte, California, 91733. The event begins at 8:30 a.m., and the ride will begin at 9 a.m. Note that these events are subject to change or cancellation in the event of rain or Covid-19 restrictions.
