The interior paneling of the 2021 Lexus RX 350 is genuine wood, leatherette, and metal-look material, and the gear shifter is leather trimmed.
The most eye-catching interior option is the F SPORT trim level with black and rioja red stitching on the seats. 2022 Lexus RX 350L Interior Features and Options

The 2023 RX 350 grille departs from the classic money bag shape in favor of an isosceles trapezium design, basically a square-like shape with the sides angled inward and with a narrower top line. The 2022 RX 350L retains the classic money bag design.
The headlights rest at a diagonal angle and look like razor-sharp diamonds. The air intake on the front of the vehicles is in an efficient double L-shaped configuration, but they have heftier covering components on the RX 350. The body lines on the 2022 RX 350L are deep and sharp, while the 2023 RX 350 has a smoother body.

The 2023 Lexus RX 350 comes with deeply tinted glass, body-colored wheel well trim, 19-inch five-spoke aluminum wheels, automatic off-and-on high-beam headlights with integrated daytime running lights, LED brake lights, rain-detecting intermittent windshield wipers, chrome window trim, and a rear window defroster.
