2026 Lexus Lineup

This year, you can look forward to the iconic automotive brand releasing its 2026 lineup, with redesigns, updates, and revamps of iconic vehicles, including the ES sedan, RX SUV, and the LC coupe. Rumors have it that Lexus is also releasing a brand new compact electric SUV — read on to find out more about what new Lexus vehicles are coming in 2026, soon to be available from our Longo Lexus dealership in El Monte, California.

All-New 2026 Lexus ES: New Luxury Sedan Redesign

The Lexus ES has been one of Lexus’ core models since its launch in 1989 and is now receiving a complete redesign. Set to be reimagined as a multiplatform vehicle, the ES will now have hybrid and battery electric vehicle (BEV) powertrains. Here’s what’s new.

Revolutionary Design Changes

Inspired by the latest Lexus design concept, Clean Tech x Elegance, the ES has been carefully designed to preserve comfort for the driver and passengers, featuring a new height, trunkless profile, and a tapered rear cabin. This year, the ES introduces twin L-signature lamps, which are a pair of dual-facing lights forming a double signature to enhance Lexus’ identity while improving the turn indicator functions.

New Hybrid Powertrain Option

Adopting a multilink rear suspension and MacPherson strut front suspension provides ample power to the ES while maintaining a comfortable ride. The Hybrid ES 350h includes a new all-wheel-drive (AWD) model, featuring a 2.5-liter hybrid system and integrated eAxle to achieve higher battery output. The all-electric lineup consists of the ES 350e front-wheel-drive model and the ES 500e AWD, achieving a range of up to an estimated 300 miles and 250 miles, respectively.

Interior Technology Upgrades

Inside the new ES, you’ll find a Mark Levinson surround sound system to immerse yourself in your favorite entertainment. The driver’s cockpit also includes a 12.3-inch multi-information display with split-screen capability for multipurpose usage. You can also enjoy a larger 14-inch infotainment display and wireless smartphone integration for absolute convenience.

Enhanced 2026 Lexus RZ Electric SUV: More Power, More Performance

The Lexus RZ was the first-ever globally available, purpose-built BEV launched by Lexus, and the 2026 model introduces a new eAxle and lithium-ion battery to improve performance.

New RZ 350e Standard Model Features

The base RZ 350e receives an enhanced battery with an output of 74.69 kW. With the new eAxle, the 350e now has an output of 167 kW compared to the previous 150 kW. The 350e now has an improved estimated range of 302 miles, lasting longer on a single charge compared to the previous iteration. All models now come with a rear floor silencer to help suppress noise in the rear drive motor, leading to a quiet and comfortable ride.

High-Performance RZ 550e Specifications

In 2026, Lexus will also introduce the RZ 550e F Sport with even more powerful motors delivering 408 horsepower, making this the most powerful RZ model to date. With this model, you’ll also enjoy the M Mode, an all-new system that provides virtual manual gear shifting via paddle shifters, allowing you to feel as if you’re driving a manual vehicle. With this mode, Lexus also introduces a shift guide meter with engine and exhaust sound simulations to help you track gear changes in real time.

Refined 2026 Lexus LC 500: Coupe and Convertible Updates

This year, Lexus refines the iconic LC 500 coupe with design and performance improvements.

Design Enhancements and Color Options

The LC 500 seeks to stand out on the road, displaying a unique mesh grille across the front fascia and blacked-out rear pillars and chrome-plated moldings for an enhanced look. Its unique light signature also includes ultracompact, triple-projected LED headlamps to look like a jet afterburner at night.

A carbon fiber roof and 21-inch matte black forged alloy wheels also enhance the LC 500’s sleekness and elegance, with a Smoked Matte Gray color introduced this year. Other available colors will include the Nightfall Blue Mica, Caviar, Cloudburst Gray, Iridium, Ultra White, Incognito, and Nori Green Pearl.

Performance Improvements

The LC 500 is now fitted with a naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V-8 engine that delivers 471 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque. With this power, the LC 500 can achieve 0 to 60 mph in just 4.4 seconds. With both front and rear suspension settings, you can also experience nimbler vehicle handling while controlling your speed with the 10-speed Direct-Shift automatic transmission. For more power, you can upgrade to the sport package, which includes a Torsen limited-slip rear differential with a performance damper, performance brake pads, and Alcantara-trimmed seats.

Aside from the models above, rumors suggest that other new Lexus models are currently in development:
