Optional features consist of a 10.3-inch high-resolution split-screen multimedia display, voice command, navigation, an eight-speaker premium surround-sound system, and a full-color head-up display. Lexus Enform Destination Assist is available to provide 24-hour access to a live response center agent to aid in locating places of business.

The 2020 Lexus UX 200 earned a 5-Star Overall Safety Rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration*. The suite of standard active safety equipment includes pre-collision with pedestrian detection, lane tracing assist, lane departure alert with steering assist, road sign assist, and all-speed radar cruise control. A backup camera with dynamic gridlines, vehicle stability control, smart stop technology, and an advanced 10-airbag system are also standard safety features. Blind spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert, rain-sensing windshield wipers, intuitive parking assist with rear cross-traffic braking, and triple-beam LED headlamps with an adaptive front lighting system are optional.
